There are so many aspects that can go into the planning of a wedding or special event that we really don't  have room to list them all. Following are a few services we offer to our clients in order to make their lives a little easier.

We can do anything! One of our stellar points is how well we can theme an event. We offer children's parties with fairies, pirates, princesses, astronauts, characters, tea parties, cowboys, etc.  We also offer themed showers, anniversaries, reunions, galas, landmark celebrations, sports events,  and more. Your imagination is the only limit.

Our DJ's and live bands are some of the best that the East Coast has to offer. We do have one full time DJ on staff, and several vendors that we use. You are welcome to call for references, or we can handle the booking aspect and setup meetings with the vendor so you can get an idea of their style and if they're right for your event. A good DJ or live band is essential to a quality event. Not only will everything run more smoothly, but they will ultimately set the mood for the entire event. Both DJ's and bands will meet with you prior to the event to see if there are any announcements, special playlists, or special events such as first dances that you would like.

We are extremely lucky to have several talented musicians on our roster. Everyone working for Carolina Events and Tents, Inc. and A Touch of Serendipity have an extensive musical background, so we know quality when we hear it. Our musicians are extremely easy to work with and can play a wide variety of music and musical styles. Our list of wedding officiants covers many different styles and culures of events. Please keep in mind that many of them must meet with you prior to the date of your wedding or reaffirmation of vows. We welcome any cultural or religous background. Special ceremonies based on religous beliefs will be upheld with respect.

Lights! Camera! Action! A good photographer or videographer can make or break a wedding, special event, and of course, the memories that follow. We are more than happy to provide references for these services, or we can handle the booking for you. If we book the vendor for you, we will setup times for you to interview and meet each person so you can have a feel for their style and if they're right for you. Each vendor has an extensive portfolio and a long list references.

We work with several caterers across North and South Carolina. They specialize in everything from backyard barbeques to formal seven-course meals with waiters in tuxes. All of our caterers are phenomenal chefs as well as easy to work with in regards to setting up menus and ideas. We also offer bartenders and waitstaff. Call us for a referal or, we can book everything for you down to the food sampling! 

The crown jewel of the wedding! We are more than happy to help coordinate the cake in a myriad of ways. We provide services such as setting up cake samplings, cake design, putting you in touch with vendors, ordering the cake, cake pick-up/delivery/setup, cake table decorations, and providing custom cake toppers.

We are happy to announce that we have one of the largest lists of potential venues for you wedding, rehersal dinner, reception, birthday, reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party, and so on. Our list includes parks, beach locations, restaurants, resorts, community buildings, churches, historic locations, etc. It doesn't matter what style of event you're looking for, we have the place for you. What's even better is that we offer setup and cleanup services if needed (even after hours). We are more than happy to give referals, or setup guided location tours for you.

One of our trademarks is our ability to decorate and theme a room in a variety of ways and the ability to capture exactly what our clients had envisioned. We will take the time to sit and listen to your requests, offer suggestions, and ultimately work with you to come up with what you are looking for in terms of floral items and decorating. We will not take over and tell you how to decorate or what flowers you have to use. We will however, be more than happy to assist you and offer advice. This is your special day, and we are here to make sure your dreams become a reality. We have no limits, anything is possible.

One of our latest additions is sand sculpting for a beach wedding. Pictures are located in our portfolio.

We are a supplier for several different invitation and stationary companies. There are several catalogs on hand to ensure you find the right items. We also have a calligrapher on staff that can address and mail out your invitations and save the date cards.

We will be more than happy to assist you with keeping track of your guest lists and RSVP's. We also have several hotels and resorts in the area that give us special rates for our clients. We have also been known to meet incoming guests and welcome them to the area with a personlized gift basket or tote. Call us for more information.

Please keep in mind that many beaches in North and South Carolina have restrictions on beach weddings. We will try our best to make sure all of them are met.

Any vendors we work with a held to the highest standard in the industry. We're very picky when it comes to quality, only vendors with a proven track record of outstanding service are used. References are available upon request. We do not get booking or referal bonuses from our vendors, our recommendations are based soley on the quality of their service. Any time we book an outside vendor, one of the Carolina Events and Tents, Inc. or Touch of Serendipity coordinators will be there to greet them and ensure they arrive on time, follow up with the specifics of the event, and that they maintain a professional appearance/attitude throughout the event. While we are more then happy to assist you with coordinating any outside vendors you may have booked, we can not be held responsible for the behavior/professionalism/quality of vendors not booked directly through us.
